Lee Frankl is a New England native and the founder of PHSource, a fractional sales leadership and revenue infrastructure firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He lives there with his husband Dan.

Lee brings over 30 years of sales experience to PHSource. Most recently, he spent eight years building a multi-million-dollar advertising revenue stream from scratch inside an established business — developing sales infrastructure, pricing strategy, and international expansion across multiple markets while hiring and leading a full sales team.

That experience revealed a pattern: most growing companies don’t have a sales problem. They have an infrastructure problem. PHSource is his answer to it.

PHSource provides fractional sales leadership and execution support for businesses that have outgrown founder-led selling but aren’t ready for the cost of a full in-house sales department. The company is also building an operational satellite office in Bacolod, Philippines, combining experienced commercial judgment with cost-effective ops support.
